The trustees of the welfare trust
(allotments) invite interested parties to submit sealed tenders for
their bid to rent the field in Gypsy Lane above the allotments and now
known as Oakhill. The tenancy will be on a grass keep basiswith no sub
letting by the successful applicant.The land has road side access,
running water and is approx 2.75 acres. The period of let is from 1st
April 2010 to 28th February 2011. Sealed bids with envelope marked
"TENDER "to be sent to:-
Mrs Jessica Taylor, 44 Seven Waters or Mr DaveCamm, 10 Marsh Lane
Leonard Stanley, to arrive no later than Noon 25th March 2010.
The trustees reserve the right not to accept the highest or any tender
